It's easy to design a head with maximum C.O.R, but for swing speeds over 115 mph the simple fact is that they break. Making this spring effect work for swings under 100 mph must also be taken into consideration.
The Ashton Golf X-1 Titanium Driver is the first titanium driver that offers both maximum spring effect and durability for golfers of any level. The X-1 Driver is a precision tool made to the same specs and tolerances as parts manufactured for the aerospace industry.
The MS-5 Standard is designed with the better player in mind with a neutral bias.

Draw Bias (DR)
Weight has been shifted to favor a draw bias. To do this, we moved interior weight towards the heel, encouraging the head to square up more easily upon impact.
8.5* 9.5* 10.5* 12.5*
High Launch (HL)
To achieve a higher launch angle, we had to reduce the weight of the crown area and increase the weight of the sole area. We did this by manufacturing the crown from super strong 100% beta titanium. We could then decrease the crown's thickness and weight while still maintaining it's structural integrity. The low COG of the HL head produces higher shots resulting in longer distance and control. Forget those dull feeling graphite crown drivers.
10.5* 11.5* 12.5*
Super light 192g head weight (SL)
To decrease the total weight of the super light head, we had to forge the crown, sole and skirt of 100% beta titanium. This would decrease the total head weight while still maintaining structural integrity. Designed for anyone from the senior golfer to the top long drive competitor. The super light head lends itself easily to increased swing speed and club head speed for those looking to increase distance. We've also extensively cannon tested this head for durability and structural integrity at any swing speed.
10.5* 12.5* 14.5*
Heavy weight 207g head weight (HW)
Designed with the better golfer in mind. Until now there were only a few ways to add weight to a titanium driver.
Add lead to the exterior, negatively effecting sound, feel and esthetics.
Add weight through a weight port in the hosel, negatively effecting the COG of the head and increasing hook tendencies
Add powder lead or tip weights in the shaft with the same results as the weight port.
Now it's possible to build a shorter length driver with a favorable swing weight right out of the gate.
8.5* 9.5* 10.5* 11.5*
The head's size is 415cc. Face angle is square. Face height is 51mm, face length is 106mm. Color is deep high gloss black with 3 coats of clear coat. The finish is beautiful IMO.
The face is double satin finish. The process is finish to a satin finish, sand to a mirror finish and then very lightly sand to give it a very light satin finish. The face has very shallow CNC milled grooves. The sole plate and grooves have no paint fill. The sole graphics are machined in and then hand filled to give the shimmering diamond effect. Beside the loft marking is the different head type (HL, DR etc...details below). There is no crown marking. The scorelines actually aid in lining up the driver.
The first Fairway Wood that out distances all the competition, including many Drivers on the market today. How? They're the only component fairway wood designed with variable face density technology for maximum C.O.R. Perfectly engineered weight distribution for optimum launch angles and unprecedented high C.O.R result in distance and accuracy never before achieved by a fairway wood.
Advantages over traditional woods;
- Maximum C.O.R
- Longer and straighter than any other fairway wood - Perfectly square face angle
- Easy to hit appearance
- Great off the fairway or in deep rough
- Attractive sight line for easy set-up
- Very solid feel upon impact
- Comes with matching headcover
Face materials for fairway woods are generally 17-4 or 15-5
stainless steel. To achieve maximum C.O.R., we adopted the
technology behind our X-1 Driver and engineered proprietary steel that would allow us to forge the face of our fairway woods as thin as possible without sacrificing structural integrity. The faceplate is actually forged thinner around the perimeter and thicker in the center to promote higher C.O.R. and thus greater initial ball velocity.
Golfers of all skill levels will achieve a significant edge by putting the X-1 Fairway Woods in their bag.

Introducing the X-BRID with Soft Hosel Technology™ from Ashton Golf.
The first hybrid club that’s easily adjustable for loft and lie.
Most hybrid clubs are made of 17-4 or 4-31 stainless steel.
A lot of fairway woods are made of 17-4 stainless steel. Have
you ever tried to adjust the lie on a fairway wood? First thing
you have to do is heat the hosel, discoloring the paint and then
try your best to bend it without damaging the crown of the club
or snapping the hosel.
The X-BRID’s hosel is made of 304 stainless steel which
requires much less force to bend and heating is not required.
304 stainless can also be bent up to 3 degrees without
complications, by a qualified clubmaker¹.
Using our proprietary fusion welding system, the hosel is
successfully attached to the body. The relative density of 304
stainless is also slightly higher than 17-4 or 4-31 stainless steel,
giving the X-BRID slightly more natural hosel weighting, leading
to straighter shots.
Apart from the natural benefit of 304 stainless steel’s bendability, 304 also possesses the unique feel of a forged iron. Hitting the X-BRID gives the golfer the feeling of hitting a premium forged club in the center everytime.
With so many hybrids to choose from on the market today, it’s nice to have a truly original design that stands out from the crowd in performance and innovation.
Our goal with the X-BRID was to produce a hybrid that hits long, straight, accurate shots and feels great. With the X-BRID we’ve done just that.

The new E3 titanium driver from Ashton Golf is sure to be the hottest new driver of the year! We've taken technology to a bold new level in what we feel is the ultimate in performance, quality and looks. There's no other driver on the market like the E3, nor will there be for quite some time. Why? Because we are the first to utilize the unique manufacturing process that goes into each and every E3 driver head. We call it MicroSpec Technology because you would need a micrometer to measure any variances in specs. Some of the adjectives that have already been used to describe the E3 are "extremely forgiving, very long, unheard of feel and sound, very consistent shot pattern...", and that's just from our initial testing! New magnetic head cover included.
